Our Core Values
The Network is a one-stop hub designed to equip and empower pastors through coaching, consulting, mentoring, blogs, podcasts, tools, and international partnerships. It also hosts local, regional, and national gatherings—creating space for pastors to rest, reset, and reconnect with other leaders who understand the weight of the calling.
At its core, the strength of the network is not in its resources, but in its relationships. We believe healthy pastors lead healthy churches—and when leaders are supported, the Church moves forward with clarity, courage, and unity.

Meet James Bell
James is the Lead Teaching Pastor of First Baptist Church in Fenton, Michigan, and the founder of the Pastors Connection Network. Once a convinced atheist, James encountered Christ while studying at a secular university—a moment that radically transformed his life. For over 15 years, he has served in full-time ministry—helping plant a church in the inner city, traveling in evangelism, leading through a church revitalization, serving on several nonprofit boards, and consulting pastors and ministry leaders across the country.
But it wasn’t just ministry experience that shaped his vision—it was pain. From his own seasons of burnout, isolation, and discouragement, the burden to create something more for pastors began to grow. Out of that struggle, the Pastors Connection Network was born—a growing community of leaders committed to gospel-centered relationships, encouragement, and long-term faithfulness in ministry.
James and his wife, Susanna, have five boys—Titus, Timothy, Tatum, Toby, and Theo. Together, they are committed to walking alongside those who lead, building a network where pastors are seen, strengthened, and never alone.
Meet Thomas Osterkamp
Thomas is a dedicated leader and passionate minister with over 25 years of experience in church ministry, including more than 15 years as a lead pastor. He currently serves as the lead pastor of Beachside Community Church in Palm Coast, Florida, where he inspires and supports his congregation through dynamic preaching and community outreach.
Married to his wife, Lysandra, for over 21 years, Thomas is a proud father of four teenage daughters. His family is at the heart of his ministry, and he emphasizes the importance of strong family relationships in his teachings. As the founder of Family Meeting, he creates platforms for families to connect and grow together.
In addition to his pastoral duties, Thomas is a sought-after speaker at marriage and family events and hosts a podcast that explores relevant topics for modern families. His engaging approach and insightful perspectives help equip couples and parents with the tools they need to strengthen their relationships and nurture their families. Through his work, Thomas continues to impact lives and foster community, making a lasting difference in the lives of those he serves.
